following provisions: Item(s) maintain original tags and state of unwashed, and unworn. Please note sale items and accessories are FINAL sale.

Please follow these directions to make your return:

1. Circle the items on your original order form and add the reason for return beside it. In a securely sealed shipping box or bag, please put the garment as well as the original order form. Once we receive the item, we will process the return.

2. Address the return parcel as shown below:

3. Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid lost packages.

4. We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3 weeks from the time you send the return, for us to receive and process it.

5. If you've requested an exchange, we'll waive the standard shipping on your new order.

6. Goods will be shipped out 24 hours after receiving your order. It will take 5 - 7 business days to receive it within canada

Unfortunately, we can not return your purchase in a boa store by way of cash refund. A credit can be issued to you in store with the online receipt, and the unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise.
